Hotel Requirements

The Eclipse Winter Cup is a ‘Stay and Play’ Tournament.  All teams that are traveling from out of town are required to stay at a ‘Eclipse Winter Cup Approved’ Hotel.  All of our Hotel and Travel Arrangements are handled by Sport Specific Travel.  The approved  list of available Hotels is below:
Teams traveling to attend the showcase are required to register at the following hotels. We ask that teams utilize a minimum of 6 rooms.
Reservations must be made directly with the hotels.
Please follow these simple steps to request your team’s hotel accommodations (PLEASE READ).

    •    A team manager or coach should be the sole contact for your team’s room request.
    •    Review the hotel options located below.
    •    Contact the Hotel Directly and contract rooms.
    •    When booking is complete email your rooming confirmation to Greg Aviles (

Hotel Guidelines

  1. If your team does not require hotels because you are a local team (we consider local to be Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties) notify Greg Aviles by email ( and include your team name and age and the reason that you are not requiring Hotels.  You must attain approval for no Hotels from Tournament Director prior to Tournament Acceptance.
  2. Only Hotels found on the Eclipse Winter Cup Approved Hotel List may be used for all team players, parents, and coaches.  No Exceptions.
