Questions Regarding Acceptance and Payment
Hello Soccer Community,
We have been getting a lot of questions regarding ‘Acceptance’ and ‘Payment Status’ for teams that have applied to the 2013 ECLIPSE WINTER CUP. Your ‘Payment Status’ will remain as UNPAID until your team has been ACCEPTED in to the Tournament. Please read below for clarification:
For Acceptance, we will begin accepting teams on Friday, December 21st. Registration will close on Friday, December 28th.
For Payment Status, payment of the application fee may be made by either Cashier’s Check made payable to Laguna Hills Eclipse Soccer Club or by Credit Card (a convenience fee will be charged for the use of a credit card). Our on-line system will accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Credit cards will not be charged until the team has been accepted into the tournament. Cashier’s Checks will be deposited once your team has been accepted. The status on your GotSoccer Account will not be ‘Paid’ until your team has been accepted. Applications will not be considered submitted and complete until either a check has been received in our office or a credit card payment has been authorized on or before Friday, December 21, 2012.
Entries submitted after December 21, 2012 will be considered for acceptance provided there is still space in a specific Age Bracket. However, if there is not space, your application will be retained for a wait list for consideration if an accepted team drops out of the tournament. If your application arrives without payment, and payment is not received by December 21, 2012, your application will be considered as a late entry. The completed Cashiers Check (with TEAM | AGE GROUP | COACH noted clearly on the check) should be mailed to:
